Intro to Yoga Series

 THE SERIES

Gain confidence and learn the basics of yoga to feel more empowered in public classes. Learn breathing techniques, practice matching breath to movement, get familiar with poses, alignment and props. Classes will explore a variety of yoga styles such as vinyasa, hot power and yin. Two classes will be in the hot room and two classes will be non-heated.

  • Monday Jan 6 7:45 - 8:45pm | 60 min class in the Root studio | Heated

  • Thursday Jan 16 6:30-7:45pm | 75 min class in the BIG studio | Non-heated

  • Monday Jan 20 7:45-8:45pm | 60 min class in the Root studio | Heated

  • Thursday Jan 30 6:30-7:45pm | 75 min class in the BIG studio | Non-heated

Add on a one month unlimited membership for the discounted rate of $50. (must sign up for at least 2 classes to access the discounted membership.)

Welcome Winter + Solstice

The winter solstice is a day of rebirth. It is a time to nurture yourself, rest and honor as we prepare for the growing season of spring. Come join together and honor this time by learning about the winter solstice, craft together and experience an all levels slow flow + restorative asana practice including journaling, pranayama and guided meditation.

All participants will receive their own solstice gift. You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal. Register here.
